Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Advisor to support quality improvement across our nursery settings in Yorkshire/North East. This role involves assessing quality, creating action plans, and supporting teams to excel in childcare.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a senior level, and extensive knowledge of early years legislation. This role is field-based, requiring travel and flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven practical experience as a Nursery Manager.
• Experience of coordinating and managing an early years setting.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding and early years legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assess the quality across all settings in the group.
• Create and monitor action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support the internal training team to deliver training.
