This hands-on role involves recruiting, training, and supporting drivers through ongoing assessments and performance reviews. Candidates need a minimum of 3 years HGV driving experience, a valid HGV licence, and strong knowledge of driver legislation. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HGV driving experience.
• Proven experience in driver training, and/or transport roles.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the hiring process with pre-employment assessments.
• Provide ongoing driver training and record management.
• Conduct driving performance reviews and behavioral interventions.
