Join us as a Regional Development Manager
This is a dedicated sales and business development role where you will work closely with your internal Business, Commercial, and Corporate Relationship Manager bank colleagues at a senior level. You’ll provide training and product awareness coaching to teams, equipping them with the right level of knowledge, enabling them to identify customer needs, and then introduce these bank customers to you. We’ll look to you to promote and sell the Mentor service B2B and onboard these newly introduced customers to Mentor, delivering sustainable new business income objectives for the Mentor business.
Your key duties will include:
You’ll have previous experience in a B2B customer sales role and be skilled at self-generating new business opportunities through an effective, collaborative approach with colleagues. You’ll also need to have strong analytical skills to assess sales management MI and identify trends and potential solutions.
