The role
The Regional Development Manager (RDM) will drive ERS’ business development activities across the region.
Supported by the region’s Broker Development Support Executive (BDSE), the RDM will establish and execute clear sales strategies and detailed broker development plans with brokers and trading partners within the region.
The RDM will support ERS’ growth and profitability and be an ambassador for our people, products, and brand.
This is a highly collaborative role, working with colleagues across all functional areas of the business as well as in close co-operation with the Sales and Marketing teams, and will materially contribute to the achievement of ERS’s strategic and financial objectives.
The role has been identified as a company car essential user.
