TCF-UK is seeking a Regional Development Director to lead regional fundraising strategy from our London base, with travel across the UK. You will develop partnerships, manage volunteers and drive growth in donor engagement to raise funds and awareness for education programs.
You will work closely with the CEO, build networks with donors and organisations, and ensure compliance with guidelines while reporting progress to the Board.
Our charity raises funds (£5m+) and awareness for a leading charity in Pakistan that provides a holistic formal education for 320,000+ underprivileged children – 50% girls, in 2,261+ school units with 16,500 all-female teaching faculties.
We are looking for a Regional Development Director to join our London-based team. The Regional Development Director will work closely with the CEO to develop the regional fundraising strategy and ensure it is delivered effectively. He or she will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strong relationships with existing and new supporters, with the aim of increasing TCF-UK’s funding and brand awareness on a regional level. This role is ideal for someone with very strong interpersonal, networking and people management skills, with a proven track record of proactively building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £50,000 per annum.
