Job summary

Agincare Enable is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead across multiple Hampshire sites in Southampton, Fareham and Gosport. You will support in delivering a safe, person-centred care, supervising staff and ensuring regulatory standards are met.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will manage operations, rotas, budgets, quality assurance and on-call duties, while promoting the company values and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in care environment
• Excellent communication across levels and teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of care sector and regulatory framework
• IT proficiency including MS Word and Excel
• Valid UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with oversight of multiple services
• Line management, leadership, and development of staff
• Ensure KPIs and regulatory standards are met
• Promote the business and maintain relationships with people we support and stakeholders
• Prepare and oversee staff rotas and resource utilisation
• Assist with budget management and financial discipline
• Embed holistic, person-centred care across services
• Attend meetings and contribute to action plans
• Undertake shifts when required and act as role model
• Carry out on-call duties as part of a rota
