Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Regional Demand Planner to drive monthly demand forecasting and planning for the Sports Medicine portfolio across a European cluster. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to translate market insights into accurate forecasts and support product availability across the region.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning/ERP systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to managing change.

• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations from plan, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate demand risks and opportunities to regional and global stakeholders through Demand Review Meetings.
• Collaborate with supply planning teams to support inventory optimization, service levels, and supply continuity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

In this role, you will drive demand forecasting and planning activities, ensuring alignment between market demand, business objectives, and supply chain requirements.
