Location: Remote, covering the Midlands to North region

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Regional Customs Compliance Manager to play a vital role in coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Support strategic deployments at regional & site levels for our DSC UKI Customs & Excise services.
• Assist with new business or renewals involving Customs & Excise to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and monitor the DSC Customs Compliance manual, ensuring governance of compliance requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, operational teams, and SMEs regarding Customs & Excise regulations.
• Contribute to growing the UKI Customs function through continuous learning and support.
• Ensure completion of audit actions in collaboration with Bond managers and stakeholders, depending on service level.
