Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Exeter (Devon) is seeking a Regional Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for queries or orders regarding our community healthcare equipment. You will handle calls from service users, family members and healthcare professionals, coordinate orders for delivery, installation and collection by our Driver Technicians, and support invoicing and order entry.

This 40-hour week runs Wednesday to Sunday, 08:00–18:00, with a company pension scheme,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment.
• Relevant telephone based customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous administration and diary management experience.
• Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email.
• Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage incoming calls, answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate orders to be delivered, installed and collected by Driver Technicians.
• Order analysis by checking and identifying errors on online orders.
• Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system.
• General administration that supports daily activities and duties.
