Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support a region and drive occupancy for our care homes. You will work with an elite management team to deliver first-class care and develop strong local relationships.

The role emphasizes sales, marketing, and CRM data analysis, with a focus on converting enquiries into residents and promoting the home within the local community. A full UK driving licence and regional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyze data in a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence required for regional role.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence - this is a regional position

NEED TO DO:

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
