Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Regional Customer Engagement Officer to lead customer involvement across the region, creating forums, surveys and events that reflect diverse communities. You’ll turn feedback into actionable insights and show the impact of customers’ voices on services.

The role involves building relationships with local partners, running inclusive engagement activities, and supporting regulatory involvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer engagement, ideally in housing/public/voluntary sectors.
• Ability to communicate confidently with diverse groups and communities.
• Skill in gathering feedback and turning it into meaningful insights.
• Understanding of inclusion and accessibility matters.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer engagement across the regional patch and develop meaningful ways for customers to get involved.
• Build relationships with customers, community groups and local partners.
• Turn feedback into insights and help colleagues understand implications.
• Close the loop by showing customers what changed as a result of their input.
