We are searching for a Regional Coordinator in our Environmental division. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including field-based staff, materials, and sub-contractors. This is a versatile role supporting a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

Do you have strong administration and IT skills? Are you able to schedule and organise administration of water & air hygiene works? Are you confident communicating with all levels of stakeholders?

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be:

  • Organising and scheduling all planned and reactive contract & project work, including planning and booking staff, materials, and sub-contractors
  • Supporting Operations Supervisors to enable Field Operatives to complete scheduled work successfully
  • Ensuring all work records are complete and accurate
  • Producing regular management reports
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order log and ensuring accurate information for invoicing
  • Handling general administration duties for the daily office operations

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in a highly varied role with attention to detail and excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A methodical approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills for all communications and documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems. Knowledge of The Big Change is an advantage.
