Our 1,340 shops are central to our business and community. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops are welcoming for customers to place bets, watch sports, and play gaming machines.
Your daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible betting, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role is to promote responsible betting and adhere to our 'Think 21' policy.
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. No prior experience is needed as we provide structured training and development opportunities. We seek great communicators who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with colleagues and customers.
