Job summary

East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to shape the region's leading business support organisation. You will work with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to translate strategy into operational excellence and deliver sustainable value for members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Senior operational leadership experience in a complex organisation.
Experience influencing strategic direction and organisational performance at board/executive level.
Strong financial acumen including budget management and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Translate the Chamber's ambitious strategy into operational excellence across multiple functions.
Lead and develop senior leaders to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Provide executive oversight of performance, governance, risk and financial sustainability.
Drive continuous improvement and transformational change to enhance the customer experience.
Represent the Chamber with credibility to Board, members and external stakeholders.
