Job summary

MTRP Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager for a well-established regional contractor based in the North West. You will oversee multiple schemes and ensure delivery to time, budget and quality standards.

The role combines office-based coordination with site visits and meetings; you will manage 2–3 schemes concurrently and travel to Cheshire/North West on a daily basis. Experience in education/public sector is required; affordable housing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager for a regional contractor.
• Experience managing multiple schemes concurrently.
• Education/public sector experience required; affordable housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–3 live schemes at any one time.
• Split time between head office and site visits/meetings; travel as required.
