Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Contracts Manager for a well-established regional contractor based around Cheshire/North West. You will split time between head offices and site visits, managing 2-3 schemes concurrently.

You will have experience as Contracts Manager for a regional contractor, with Education/Public Sector exposure; affordable housing experience is preferred but not essential. Daily travel to Cheshire/North West is expected.

The Company:

We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to join their team. They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, commercial and affordable housing.

The Role:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they have asked us to Source a Contracts Manager.

The role will be split between their head offices and visits to sites and meetings when required.

You will be responsible for managing 2-3 schemes at any one time.

You:

You will have experience working as a Contracts Manager for a Regional Contractor.

You will have experience managing similar schemes to those mentioned above (Education/Public Sector experience is required. Affordable Housing experience is but not a must!).

You will be based in or able to travel to Cheshire/North West on a daily basis.
