Job summary

Fawkes and Reece on the south coast is seeking an experienced Regional Document Controller to oversee design documentation across multiple projects valued up to £30M. You will manage and maintain all design docs, ensure compliance with guidelines, and support site teams with issued drawings while contributing to project delivery and future frameworks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using A-site & Pro-Core is fundamental.
• Previous involvement working on similar value projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all design documentation in line with company policy & procedures.
• Ensure all design documentation meets approved guidelines.
• Liaise and support site team with roll out of the latest issue of design documentation.
• Responsible for correctly filling the appropriate documentation.
