Job summary

Vantage Data Centers UK Management Company Ltd is seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to provide region-specific commercial strategy and cost control across development projects in the EMEA region, with base in Newport, South Wales.

You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, accurate budgeting, and effective project execution, while contributing to continuous improvement and adherence to Vantage policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel 20% of time; based in Newport, travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of estimating disciplines and cost planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide region-specific commercial strategy and support across the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for cost efficiency and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and benchmarks; support reporting.
• Review leases and cost plans; validate estimates with Estimating.
• Ensure change control and REACH process compliance; regular site travel.
