Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Clinical Lead to drive high standards of nursing care in our care homes across the country. You will lead on clinical governance, provide specialist nursing advice, and mentor colleagues and students in a supportive, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, safeguarding, and effective communication, with opportunities to grow professionally within HC-One's family of care homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home setting, preferably with Dementia, Nursing or Specialist care.
• Ability to mentor and provide supervision/assessor support to students.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the level of clinical care meets and exceeds professional standards.
• Provide specialist nursing support and advice to the Home Manager and team.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centred care.
• Champion safeguarding and effective communication within the team.
