Qualifications

• Experience in managing children's residential services

Responsibilities

• Ensure Ofsted compliance and inspections readiness
• Act as Responsible Individual providing leadership to staff
• Develop and implement policies to promote welfare and development of children in care
• Manage budgets, resources and staff schedules for efficient operation
• Liaise with external agencies, parents and stakeholders for cohesive care plans
• Monitor care quality and drive improvements where needed
• Provide training and support to staff to foster a positive work environment
