Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Regional Chef de Partie to join our Workplace, Education and Healthcare division. You will travel across a range of sites within your region, supporting kitchen teams during leaves and mobilisations, while upholding exceptional food standards.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary up to £35,000, opportunities to develop across various kitchens, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or ready to step up from Commis Chef.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen management, HACCP, and health and safety legislation.
• Experience with stock control, waste management, and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards per menus and client requirements.
• Own and manage your kitchen section for consistent service.
• Provide flexible support across sites within your region.
• Assist with hospitality services, events, and mobilisation activities.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Support stock management, ordering, storage, rotation, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen management, HACCP and health & safety.
• Mentor junior team members and promote teamwork.
• Build strong relationships with site managers, kitchen teams, clients and customers.
• Adapt to different kitchen environments and service styles.
