VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a proactive channel management professional to help grow our Private Sector portfolio. You’ll own a defined set of accounts, translate market insights into actions, and collaborate with Go-To-Market, CVM, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to drive value.

This full‑time, hybrid role offers a competitive basic salary with bonuses and Vodafone benefits. You’ll work 37.5 hours a week with a flexible pattern to come into the office 2–3 days per week,

Responsibilities

• Deliver acquisition, retention, and in-life value across a defined Regions account portfolio.
• Turn channel priorities into action plans aligned to commercial goals.
• Execute trading plans, proposition launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Drive new business, renewal, retention, and base management activities.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert insights into actions.
• Manage portfolio financial performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
