Qualifikationen

• Personable and warm approach with residents' wellbeing.
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience in helping lead and inspire a team.
• Good understanding of nutrition.
• Experience of working with fresh seasonal food.
• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment in the home.
• Strong HACCP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Prepare dishes using fresh seasonal produce to high quality standards.
• Create a warm, efficient and enjoyable kitchen environment.
• Work within budget and stock controls.
• Complete regular audits and maintain food safety standards.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver great meals.
