Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a Regional Care Worker to cover local packages within a 50‑mile radius in North Wales (Anglesey and surrounding areas). A full UK licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with a mix of day and night shifts across weekdays and weekends.

You will receive full training and clinical support to manage complex care needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation, while travelling between care packages.

Qualifications

• Must work a mixture of both days and nights.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Must be willing to drive 50 miles to cover multiple packages of care - Access to a car is required.
• Willingness to mobilise new packages of care within 50 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned care across community and clients at home.
• Develop and enhance skills in complex areas with training and clinical support.
• Travel within 50 miles to cover multiple care packages and work on an on-call rota.
