Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking an Assigned Care Assistant to support clients in North Wales and surrounding areas. You will receive full training and clinical support to handle complex care needs in homes and communities.

Travel up to 50 miles per package, cover day and night shifts including weekends, on-call rota. Access to a car and a full UK licence are required, with DBS paid by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must work a mixture of both days and nights.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Must be willing to drive 50 miles to cover multiple packages of care - Access to a car is required.
• Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 50 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Join as an Assigned Care Assistant with full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
• Travel to various packages within a 50-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.
• Make clients’ days brighter while developing skills and knowledge.

Regional Care Worker - travel of up to 50 miles required.

Location: North Wales (Anglesey and surrounding areas)

Pay: £15 per hour plus mileage

Shifts: Covering day and night shifts across the week, including weekends.

Driver required: Yes - a full UK licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as an Assigned Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 50-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
