Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Care Worker to cover packages in North Wales (Anglesey and surrounding areas). A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Shifts include days and nights, with weekends, and travel up to a 50-mile radius. You will join us as an Assigned Care Assistant, with full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Qualifications

• Must work a mixture of both days and nights.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Must be willing to drive 50 miles to cover multiple packages of care — access to a car is required.
• Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the community and clients’ homes, including those with complex needs.
• Develop and enhance skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
• Travel to care packages within a 50-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.
• Support to make clients’ days brighter while building your skills and knowledge.
