Job summary

Gleeson Homes seeks an experienced Regional Buyer to support growth by managing supply chain and delivering centralised procurement for regional teams. You will help build delivery programmes, budgets and future growth plans in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires broad procurement knowledge, stakeholder management and proficiency with COINS, Excel and Word, with a focus on compliant, value-added deals for sites in the Midlands and north of England.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification like CIPS/MCIPS or broad experience in a previous Buying/Procurement function.
• Broad financial and commercial knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of the Construction industry and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient Group procurement service to regional operations and sites.
• Coordinate centralised group deals, discounts and supplier relationships.
• Work with regional and Group teams to monitor budgets and KPI-aligned build programmes.
• Support regional teams with supplier, delivery and invoice queries to maintain efficient operations.
