Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager to drive growth across the South UK region, focusing on a specialist skincare range available via community pharmacies and prescription channels. You will develop targeted access strategies and align commercial initiatives with NHS and private providers.

In this role, you will apply strong negotiation skills, translate insights into compelling plans, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NHS policies to maximise product uptake and improve

Qualifications

• Experience in primary/secondary care and retail pharmacy sales in pharmaceuticals or wound care.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• UK driving licence with up to six points.
• ABPI qualification is required.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional strategies to maximise NHS and private access to products.
• Negotiate and drive bespoke initiatives with community pharmacies and hospital channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy areas and NHS policies to provide compliant solutions.

Regional Business Manager

South UK

IQVIA is recruiting, on behalf of our client, for highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager covering the South UK region.

This role is for a specialist skincare range that is available across community pharmacy as well as being available on prescription in the medical field.

Providing a high quality commercial approach, you will maximise opportunities and investments using your successful negotiation skills. You will be producing and implementing bespoke initiatives that enables access to the use of our client's products by NHS and private providers.

It will be essential to maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies (both local and national) by proactively reviewing their current positions and providing solutions where appropriate to ensure the use of our client’s products.

You need:

• Previous experience in primary/ secondary care and retail pharmacy sales in pharmaceuticals or wound care
• Proven sales track record of achieving targets
• A UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• ABPI qualified
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Strong business insights and business planning skills
