A leading company in the UK plant and tool hire industry is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Southwest England and South Wales. This role is critical for managing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets, offering competitive earnings and a comprehensive benefits package.
FTH Hire Group is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent plant and tool hire companies in the UK, with nineteen depots across the South of England, Wales, and Scotland. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking high-caliber individuals to join our expanding business.
The Regional Business Development Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success as we pursue an exciting growth strategy. This pivotal role within each local market involves account development and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
This position is a mix of field-based work in Southwest England and South Wales, engaging with customers as needed, and weekly time at our Cwmbran Depot to support customer account development within the designated portfolio.
While experience in the hire sector is advantageous, it is not essential. Proven experience in a field sales or account development role is required.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
