Wood and Good UK Ltd. is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Timber, Stairs & Metalwork in the North West and Yorkshire.

You will leverage existing industry contacts to introduce our integrated timber and metalwork solutions to stair manufacturers, joinery workshops, and fabricators. You will have a powerful network with owners, buyers and workshop managers, and you can structure a package around introductions and sales, including high bonuses or base salary with commission.

Qualifications

• Must have deep contacts with stair, joinery and balustrade companies in North West and Yorkshire.
• Proven B2B sales track record, especially with owners, buyers and workshop managers.
• Willingness to travel and develop the regional team as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Identify target companies in the North West and Yorkshire regions.
• Generate leads, present offerings, and close deals with flexibility on compensation.
• Build and lead the regional growth, expanding the sales network and market share.
