Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' post-qualification experience.
• Qualified as MRICS or MCIOB.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of specifications.
• Contract administration and project management.

• Costed schedules of work.
• Defect diagnosis and reporting.
• Preparation of dilapidations and condition schedules.
• Party wall matters.

Skills

Relevant experience in a similar role

Education
