The role offers a diverse workload across valuations, HomeBuyer Reports and building surveys, with strong autonomy and supportive team.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification.
• Experience undertaking residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with good networking abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential valuations across a variety of property types.
• Carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys.
• Undertake Level 3 Building Surveys (training available).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service.
• Support business development and generate new opportunities.
• Manage own workload and diary effectively.
