LiveWest Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to lead detailed resolutions and project management for complex repairs across our housing stock. You will work closely with Property Services, investment and repairs teams to deliver value for money and high customer satisfaction.

This full-time role sits within 30 minutes of Bristol, 37 hours per week, and includes safeguarding requirements such as a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to engage and communicate confidently.
• Experience working in customers' properties.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Extensive domestic dwelling experience from a technical management perspective.
• Educated to HND/HNC level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation for housing and construction (CDM).
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide detailed resolutions and project management for complex repairs.
• Provide an informed surveying role with knowledge of housing stock.
• Liaise with customers, clients and external agencies; provide technical guidance.
• Undertake site visits to monitor works.
