Job summary

Highland Broadband is seeking a Field Operations team member in Inverness, Scotland. This full-time, permanent position involves carrying out excavation works in customers’ gardens and introducing Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) services. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and some experience in manual labor. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's licence.
• Must pass a disclosure check due to working in customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out excavation works through customers' gardens.
• Introduce Fibre to the Premise services to customer properties.
• Clear blockages in customer properties by soft excavations.
• Conduct complete testing of equipment to ensure functionality.
