Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp is seeking a regional Bid Team Lead to oversee the deployment, development and recruitment of bid professionals across its offices in the region. Based in a local office, you will lead bid managers, coordinators and writers, driving winning strategies and managing end-to-end tender processes for UK opportunities.

You will report to the Director of Pursuits, provide line management, pipeline visibility and performance reporting, and champion best practice across the region

Qualifications

• Experience leading bid teams and managing complex bid submissions.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end bid processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across offices and disciplines.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of bidding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional-facing team of bid managers, coordinators, writers and designers.
• Coordinate UK-wide bid effort and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Chair bid go/no-go meetings and ensure independent challenge.
• Produce and coach on high-quality, compelling bid content.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement in bidding practices.
