Job summary

Syneos Health in Oxford is seeking a UK/Ireland BI Lead reporting to the Global Business Intelligence and Analytics Head. You will partner with local country leads and general managers of eight countries within your remit to own insights and analytics capabilities.

The role focuses on delivering business intelligence and analytics to support finance, sales, and brand teams during a period of growth, with strong emphasis on regional forecasting, NHS/trust data and cross-functional partnering.

Qualifications

• Forecasting ownership in regional context, working with finance for strategic planning.
• Experience with country-level NHS/trust data or similar healthcare datasets.
• Strong business partnering with country and regional leaders to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide BI, analytics and insights across the region to support finance, sales and brand teams.
• Develop and present regional insight plans, market research and analytics.
• Build and maintain data structures and visualisations with global, local and support teams.
• Support strategic decision making with evidence-based recommendations for the region and globally.
