Syneos Health in Oxford (UK) is seeking a Regional BI & Analytics Lead to partner with country leads, finance, and senior leadership across 8 countries. The role focuses on BI, analytics, and insights to support finance, sales, and brands during growth.

You will own forecasting, use NHS data, and drive business transformation within a global BI team. You will collaborate with regional heads, provide strategic input into financial decisions, and build data structures and visualisations for timely

Qualifications

Forecasting ownership: leading regional forecast submission with finance and BU heads.
Hands-on experience with country-level NHS/trust data.
Business partnering with country and regional heads.
Experience providing strategic input to financial decision making.
Experience in business transformation projects.
Senior manager or associate director experience in BI field.

Responsibilities

Support strategic business decisions with evidence-based regional recommendations.
Work with NHS data and internal CRM/financial data for analytics.
Improve brand sales performance and profitability via insights.
Provide analytics support to global teams on ongoing projects.
Deliver timely reporting and insights to the regional sales organisation.
Build and maintain data structures and visualisations with global and local teams.
Lifecycle management: contribute to 5-year regional forecasts for planning.
Develop local/regional insight plans including market research and analytics.
