Foresight Search Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Director for the South West construction market. You will drive new opportunities across new build and refurbishment, engaging with architects, consultants and end users to secure multi-million-pound projects.

You will lead BD efforts closely with pre-construction and operations, shaping the growth strategy and representing the company at industry events and client meetings across the South West region.

Competenze

• Experience as a business development professional in a construction main contractor environment.
• Established network within the South West construction industry.
• Excellent communication and networking skills; ability to build relationships with architects, consultants and developers.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach to identifying and securing opportunities.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the South West.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, architects, developers and end users.
• Leverage industry contacts to generate project leads and tender opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and operations teams to convert opportunities into projects.
• Represent the business at events and client meetings and monitor market opportunities.
