Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an outstanding Regional Bank Support Worker (Gloucestershire) to deliver enhanced care across multiple sites. You’ll support service users with physical and emotional needs, using a flexible learning approach and safeguarding practices.

Bank shifts across Gloucestershire are available. Rate starts at £13.25 per hour, rising to £13.45 after 3 months, with additional benefits and annual leave. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Sensitive and intuitive with energy for a varied environment.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

• Assist with medical and welfare needs.

• Redmarley - Pfera Hall, Bromsberrow Road, Redmarley, Gloucestershire, GL19 3JU
• The Old Vicarage in Blakeney - Church Square, Blakeney, Gloucestershire, GL15 4DS
