Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a caring and reliable worker for bank shift positions across nine Cygnet services in the East Midlands. You will provide enhanced, flexible care, combining physical, emotional, and welfare support while safeguarding service users.

A full UK driving licence and an enhanced DBS check are required. You will move between sites as needed, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and reporting on medical and welfare needs.

Job description

This regional bank post covers nine Cygnet services across the East Midlands, which support people with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities. Work is on a bank shift basis, with the successful candidate moving between sites as needed. The core of the role is individual care, combining physical, emotional and welfare support with safeguarding. A full UK driving licence and an enhanced DBS check are required.
