Job summary

CHERY UK is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to drive regional sales and optimize dealer network performance. You will implement sales strategies, train dealers, and monitor market dynamics to meet commercial targets while representing the brand across all channels.

The role requires 8+ years in automobile sales and strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities; English is the working language with travel across the region expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering.
• 8+ years of automobile sales and dealer network management experience.
• Strong communication and coordination ability; planning and execution capabilities.
• Willingness to travel across the region and English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned zone by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong dealer relationships; provide training and resources to improve performance.
• Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities aligned with the company strategy; monitor performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats; report findings to the Regional Operations Manager.
• Represent the brand across channels to ensure consistent and positive brand presence.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues with dealers to improve service quality.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and share insights with the Regional Operations Manager.
• Support the Senior Management Team with delegated tasks as needed.
