Job summary

Mr Clutch Autocentres is seeking an experienced automotive operations professional to support and drive our nationwide autocentre business. The role requires senior vehicle technician experience and strong commercial acumen, with responsibilities spanning sales, team development, marketing and customer care.

The successful candidate will travel to multiple branches across the North and North West regions and to head office in Strood, contributing to growth targets while upholding the company

Qualifications

• At least 5 years top-level vehicle technician experience.
• Relevant automotive qualifications.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales & profitability: meet budget targets for all autocentres in region.
• Team development: identify training needs and implement succession planning.
• Marketing: promote campaigns and generate sales leads; ensure brand standards.
• Customer care: manage customer relations per Charter.
• Audit & stock control: banking, admin and stock processes per policies.
• Health & safety: conduct monthly risk assessments and comply with H&S policies.
