Job summary

Mr Clutch Autocentres is seeking an experienced automotive operations professional to lead and support our nationwide Autocentre business. You will travel across the North and North West regions, overseeing multiple branches and driving sales, profitability, and staff development.

The role requires at least 5 years of top-level vehicle technician experience, automotive qualifications, and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

5+ years top-level vehicle technician experience.
Relevant automotive qualifications required.
Strong commercial acumen and people development skills.
Willingness to travel across multiple regions and to our head office.

Responsibilities

Maximise profitability and achieve regional budgets for all Autocentres.
Identify training and coaching needs; implement succession planning.
Promote the brand and support campaigns to generate sales leads.
Deliver excellent customer care in line with the Customer Charter.
Ensure audit, stock control and administration align with company policies.
Oversee health and safety across branches and maintain monthly risk assessments.
Utilise company vehicle for regional travel and staff development.
Provide leadership for IMI training at Strood/Reading as required.
