Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a customer-focused retail environment, ideally grocery or fashion.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Experience managing day-to-day retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and improve performance.
• High standards of store presentation, merchandising and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to travel and provide support across other regional stores when required.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.
