Expro in Aberdeen is seeking a Regional Asset & Casing Accessories Co-Ordinator to optimise regional asset utilisation, coordinate movements and support order processing for casing accessories. The role works closely with regional product lines, central line, manufacturing and logistics to maximise asset availability and ensure accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of asset systems (SAP/DocuCert), proven MS Office skills, and prior experience in rental asset

Qualifikationen

• Experience with asset management systems in engineering/oil services.
• Proficient with SAP and DocuCert asset modules.
• Proficient MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate asset movements and deployment across locations.
• Create monthly asset utilisation reports and maintain accuracy of asset systems.
• Assist with asset counts and disposal in line with policy.
• Support casing accessory orders and shipments with regional/central teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure proper documentation.
