Job Opportunity: Regional Adjuster Manager - North

Expanding national loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a Regional Adjuster Manager for the North.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a small, developing team of home-based property adjusters handling domestic, high net worth, and commercial losses across the North, Scotland & Northern Ireland.
2. Reporting to the Operations Director, overseeing report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, SLAs, etc.
3. Handling a smaller caseload of larger, more complex losses.

Candidate requirements:

• Ideally A/FCILA qualified with current or past managerial experience.
• Alternatively, applications from Senior Adjusters seeking their first managerial role are welcome.

This role is home-based; candidates can reside anywhere within the North.

Compensation: Basic salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
