Job Opportunity: Regional Adjuster Manager - North

We are expanding our national loss adjusting practice and seeking to strengthen our management team with a Regional Adjuster Manager for the North region.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading a small, developing team of home-based property adjusters handling domestic, high net worth, and commercial losses across the North, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
2. Reporting to the Operations Director, overseeing report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, SLAs, and managing a caseload of larger, complex losses.

Candidate requirements:

• Ideally A/FCILA qualified with managerial experience.
• Applications from Senior Adjusters seeking their first managerial role are also welcome.

This position is home-based within the North region.

Compensation and benefits: Basic salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
