Job Opportunity: Regional Adjuster Manager - South

We are expanding our national loss adjusting practice and seeking to strengthen our management team by appointing a Regional Adjuster Manager for the South region.

1. You will oversee a small, developing team of home-based property adjusters handling domestic, high net worth, and commercial losses across the broad south of England.
2. You will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, SLAs, and managing a caseload of larger, more complex losses.
3. Ideal candidates will be A/FCILA qualified with current or previous managerial experience. We also welcome applications from Senior Adjusters seeking their first managerial role.
4. This is a home-based position, preferably for candidates residing in the southern Home Counties (Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent).

Salary: up to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
