Job summary

BBC Studios is seeking an Internal Communications Lead in London, hybrid role, to align communications with our strategic priorities and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. • Strong understanding of digital communications channels, social media and communications measurement, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A strategic, proactive and self-sufficient communicator with experience operating in international and commercial environments, managing multiple priorities, coaching others and building strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

LOCATION: London Television Centre – Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Up to £57,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As Internal Communications Lead at BBC Studios, you'll work across the business to ensure communications are aligned to our mother story and strategic priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll lead high-impact communications that inform, engage and connect employees through key announcements, leadership communications, campaigns and events.
