*Regional Account Manager - Northeast / Yorkshire - Medical Device Leader!*

Planet Pharma is working with an international medical company specializing in Ostomy, Respiratory, and Surgical therapies. Our client has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions and organic growth, now offering a range of medical devices across its therapeutic areas.

They operate in over 60 countries with subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Japan, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The company invests heavily in Research & Development, focusing on innovation in its core medical fields.

Objective

We seek a highly skilled, professional, self-motivated, and commercially-driven Regional Account Manager to join our Respiratory team, specializing in devices for adult critical care, neonatal care, and perioperative use. You will manage and develop key accounts within the North East & Yorkshire, focusing on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial background, strategic mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a clinical understanding of the medical device sector, particularly respiratory and critical care. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to manage your own budget and be directly responsible for achieving sales targets.

Key Activities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and stakeholders within hospitals, healthcare providers, and other medical institutions in the North East & Yorkshire.
  2. Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with current and potential customers.
  3. Manage your own budget and sales pipeline effectively.
  4. Identify market trends, competitor activity, growth opportunities, and customer needs within the region.
  5. Develop and implement tailored strategies to penetrate key accounts and secure new business, while maintaining existing business.
  6. Provide expert advice on the Respiratory product portfolio, including devices for adult critical care, neonatal, and perioperative use.
